The concept behind Plunge! is about as simple as it gets. Cute yellow creatures (noots) fall from above and your job is to save them from a toasty demise by way of catching them. As you progress through the levels, the speed at which the noots are falling increases steadily, making fast reflexes a must.

Like the other productions from Elusive Games, the graphics (hooray for animated GIFs) are so-so but absolutely adequate for a game like this. While no awards will be won for innovation, the gameplay is still fun if you're into these sort of twitch-based games.
