Rotatrix
If regular Tetris isn't enough for you, try playing it upside down! An interesting, rotating Tetris variant made by Peter Nederlof.

In this Tetris-like game you first get to choose from two different sets of Tetris pieces, one is the ones from the classic Tetris game, the other is a special set of pieces with only 3 blocks (or balls) per piece. Not that that makes it any easier!
Some of the falling blocks have "bonus" items that will do various things like rotate the entire game, drastically increasing the difficulty level. Very nice ideas.
This game uses Nederlof's own (abandoned) Beehive II DOM library.
Note that I could only get this game to work in Internet Explorer.

Works fine for me in Firefox 3.1b2.
